MS Word template for making Moodle questionnaires in GIFT format

This is a short user guide for using the Word template for making Moodle questionnaires in GIFT format. The word macros convert a Word document to a text file in GIFT format that can be imported to Moodle. The word template is based on the styles (used for identifying different question types) and VBScript macros.
